This page explains what information this website collects, why, and what happens to it.

What we collect, and why

Browsing this site doesn't require you to give us anything. The only place we ask you for information is the Get Started page's contact form, if you choose to use it.

If you send us a message through the contact form, we collect your name, email address, organization name (if given), and whatever you write. We use it for exactly one purpose, replying to you. Your message is delivered by email through Resend, an email delivery service, and a spam-prevention check called Cloudflare Turnstile runs when you submit the form. Turnstile sees your general technical information (like your IP address) only to tell humans from bots, the same way most web forms protect themselves from spam. Neither service sells this information. Resend's policy is at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy, and Cloudflare's is at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Cookies

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

A contact-form message is kept only as long as needed to respond to you and for the basic recordkeeping Resend's own service provides. We don't maintain a separate marketing list.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what information we have from you and ask us to delete it, using the contact form above. We'll do our best to respond promptly.

Ownership and how this works

You own your site. Once we hand it over, the content, design, and everything on it belongs to your organization. You're free to leave, switch hosts, or bring in another developer at any time, no strings attached.

Every site is built to be its own. Your palette, layout, and content are chosen specifically for your organization, never recycled from another client's site. Berean Studios also has its own internal tools, workflow, and infrastructure that make this possible without cutting corners. That behind-the-scenes work stays part of how we operate, not part of what's handed over to you.

Provided as-is. We build every site carefully, but we can't guarantee it will be error-free or always available, and we're not liable for losses connected to using it.

Support after launch. There's no formal support contract or ticket system. Email us anytime and we'll help as we're able, for as long as Berean Studios is around to do it.

Either of us can step back. If circumstances change on either side, we can end our involvement at any time. You keep what's already been built.
